Was bored the other day and trying to master this whole vector and masking thing in photoshop...

'vector' isnt a program,
its a method of design that uses mathematical and geometrical shapes.
Bitmap images uses pixels that get mutated through scale but vectors dont because they are computer based.
look negro i just know vectorize shit in illustrator, stop being a bitch
